We are a family owned Medical Imaging Practice, looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

As the first point of contact for our patients, we are looking for another friendly, welcoming and positive individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to provide patient-orientated care while managing daily front desk operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet patients, manage patient check-in and registration processes.

Answer calls and patient enquiries in a rapid paced setting.

Manage patient appointments and medical records.

Prepare patient files and imaging request forms for clinical staff.

Liaise between patients, Radiolosists, Radiographers, Sonographers and other healthcare providers.

Ability to multitask

Willingness to learn

Reliable individual who works well in a team

Ability to comply with privacy and confidentiality standards

Previous experience in medical imaging is helpful
