Qualifications & experience

5 + years’ experience in the Landscaping industry

Valuable knowledge in estimating and procurement

Detailed understanding of landscaping processes (both construction and maintenance)

Great time management and communication skills to ensure that deadlines are met

The ability to adhere to company WH&S; policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace

Have a solid experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)

A desire to be part of a team that provides a high quality service to our clients

Tasks & responsibilities





Regularly liaising with our Management Team to triage tenders and job requests

Work on landscape construction job requests from small packages up to $1.5M tenders, not large tenders

Work on landscape maintenance job requests from variation work through to recurring works tenders for up to $2M pa

Liaise with our clients from commercial to government (federal, state and local council)

Attend tender briefs

Build BOQs

Obtain quotations from suppliers

Competitive salary package (and bonuses) are negotiable

Vehicle

Flexible remote working model - tender and client meetings in various locations so must be happy to travel, but we are expecting large growth area around Sutherland, Illawarra and Shoalhaven, so would prefer that to be your base, as well as around Camden and the Western Sydney Airport Metropolis. Our office is in Ingleburn, but attendance would only be expected infrequently (one day per week)
