The Role: With construction commencing on stage 1 of a landmark high-rise tower precinct in Brisbane later this year, their current pipeline of guaranteed work extends beyond 2030 - $500mil work in hand for 2026 alone.

As a result, they are looking for an experienced Structures Foreman & Site Supervisor to join their SEQ Delivery Team.





Please note that these will be both permanent ongoing positions with the opportunity to deliver following stages and progress with the business long-term. The QLD Senior Leadership Team will also provide defined career development pathways in line with career progression preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Overseeing daily structural packages, including formwork, REO, concrete pours etc.
- Coordinating subcontractors and material logistics to maintain steady site workflow.
- Upholding stringent safety, quality assurance, and programme milestones without compromising build integrity.
- Collaborating with site management to proactively troubleshoot site challenges and maintain build momentum.
- Driving high standards of structural workmanship and operational discipline across the site.
