The Role

An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be based on-site working between our Townsville office and various project sites in the region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:





- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects from inception to completion
- The development and implementation of the project program
- Establishment and maintenance of an accurate cost control system including the project budget and forecasting
- Management of subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and project teams ensuring any issues are resolved as they arise

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the below;

- Relevant practical experience in delivering commercial construction projects between $10M - $60M
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field
- Advanced level knowledge of the application of WHS regulations and practices as relevant to construction sites
- An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- High level knowledge of construction contracts
- Well developed knowledge of the construction process and common challenges
- Experience in managing customer relationships including developing and maintaining
