Adecco Australia is helping a well-established auto body manufacturer find a Workshop Operations Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, lead a team of 5–10 and ensure safe, high-quality work.

In this permanent full-time role, you will schedule jobs, prepare quotations, monitor costs and performance, and maintain robust relationships with customers and suppliers. The position runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with opportunities for overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.
