We are seeking an experienced practice manager for our two medical centre in West End and Toowong. This is a full time permanent position .

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a management role in a GP clinic is essential. Demonstrated history of being proactive, able to get things done (or delegate) with minimal supervision, and ability to grow a business. Experience in Best Practice, HotDoc and AGPAL accreditation is essential.

Experience required:

- High level of knowledge regarding Medicare and general practice patient billing systems and codes
- Strong communication and patient focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive and professional attitude to engage a whole team approach
- Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications




- Valuable interpersonal skills in Leadership
- IT skill in Best Practice and MYOB or ZERO
- Experience in managing practice accreditation
- Ability to develop quality working relationships
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills

Full Time Permanent position
