Physiotherapist – Home Care

Join Our Growing Western Sydney Physiotherapy Team!

Guide Healthcare is looking for a passionate and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Western Sydney, providing in-home physiotherapy services to clients in the Wetherill Park region under the Support at Home program.

We’re open to a permanent part-time arrangement (1 day per week) or a contractor looking for flexible, ongoing work while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

The Opportunity

- Provide in-home physiotherapy assessments and treatments to clients in the community.
- Support mobility, strength, balance, falls prevention and functional independence.
- Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans that promote healthy ageing and reablement.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families and the broader care team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- Current general AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Experience or an interest in community, home care or residential aged care.




- A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
- Strong communication, organisation and independent clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel to client homes within the Wetherill Park region.
