Branch Manager – Gladstone Ken’s Plumbing Supplies

Ken's Plumbing Supplies is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead the Gladstone store. As part of a family-owned business, you'll take responsibility for daily branch operations, supporting your team and delivering excellent service to local plumbers, builders and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Gladstone branch
- Lead, support and develop the branch team
- Build relationships with existing customers and actively develop new business
- Drive sales and profitability through excellent service and sound pricing
- Oversee purchasing, stock control and branch transfers
- Work closely with senior management and other branches

About you

- Experience in plumbing supplies, building supplies or a related trade supply business




- Solid leadership skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- A proven ability to build customer relationships and generate sales
- An understanding of stock management, margins and branch performance

- A current Australian driver's licence
- A forklift licence would be an advantage
