Geosurv in Sydney is growing and seeks a hands-on People & Culture Advisor to support the employee lifecycle across the business. You will work with managers and staff, balancing employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, HR systems and general people operations.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will own day-to-day P&C; activities, drive process improvements and help Geosurv scale during this growth phase.
