Our 24-month program combines practical project experience with technical training, mentoring and individual development planning. You’ll contribute to engineering projects, learn alongside experienced colleagues and build the skills and confidence to develop your career.

About LCI ARTELIA

LCI ARTELIA is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy working across building services, structural engineering, civil engineering and specialist disciplines.

With six offices across Australia and the broader capability of the Artelia Group, we bring together different engineering perspectives to address the requirements of our clients’ projects.

Available opportunities

Sydney

- Mechanical Engineering

Successful candidates are expected to commence in January 2027.

You’ll develop skills within your chosen discipline while learning how engineering teams coordinate and deliver projects.

The program includes:

- Practical project experience and technical training.
- Mentoring and guidance from experienced engineers.
- An individual development plan and regular progress reviews.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary project work.
- Opportunities to develop your communication and presentation skills.
- Learning about project management, budgets, proposals and client communication.

Cross-discipline exposure will depend on your role, office and available project work.

About you

You’re in the final year of a relevant degree or have completed your university studies within the previous two years.

We’re looking for people who:

- Enjoy solving problems and understanding how things work.
- Communicate clearly and work well with others.
- Are willing to ask questions, learn and take initiative.
- Have an interest in engineering and the built environment.
