Bwgcolman Community School in Palm Island, north of Townsville, seeks a leader to coordinate Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL), Two Way Robust, and Tier II/III student support across the school. The role focuses on initiatives to improve educational outcomes and align with the Early Childhood and State Schools Division planning.

You will develop teaching quality, nurture positive relationships between students, teachers and the community, and contribute to a culturally responsive practice
