Guzmanygomez is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Queensland to guide our team through peak periods, ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding food safety and quality standards. You will train crew, drive service excellence, and address issues on the floor.

Applicants should have prior team supervision experience, robust customer service, and relevant food safety and alcohol service certificates. A current National Police Check is required, with willingness to complete additional certification
