ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Coffs Harbour Toyota is a well-established dealership located in the beautiful coastal region of Coffs Harbour, NSW. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Paint & Parts Sales Representative to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry who enjoys building robust customer relationships, driving sales and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling automotive paint products, parts and accessories to trade and retail customers, while developing recent business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Promote and sell automotive paint products, parts and accessories to trade and retail customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including automotive workshops, repairers and trade businesses
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow sales and expand the customer base
- Provide professional product advice and assist customers with selecting suitable paint products, parts and accessories
- Prepare quotes, process orders and follow up on customer enquiries
- Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to department growth
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient product availability and delivery




- Stay up to date with automotive products, industry trends and new developments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the dealership professionally

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

- Previous experience in automotive parts, paint sales or a related sales environment (highly regarded but not essential)
- Knowledge of automotive paint products, parts and accessories (desirable)
- Strong sales ability with a passion for building customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident computer skills and the ability to learn new systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Current and valid driver's licence
- A genuine passion for the automotive industry and delivering outstanding customer service
