Western Sydney Local Health District seeks a Physiotherapist Level 4 to lead fracture liaison coordination within the ORP program at Westmead Hospital. You will integrate high-quality physiotherapy with case-finding, bone density assessment connections and patient advocacy to prevent future fractures.

The role combines clinical expertise with service development, education and collaboration across endocrinology, allied health and community services to improve bone health and reduce fracture risk.
