Hilltop Caring FOUNDATION in Underwood, Queensland, is seeking a Residential Care Officer for a permanent, full time position. You will work with participants to support daily living needs, develop life skills, and connect them to community resources.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will implement care plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care standards. Role requires compassionate, client-focused care in a structured environment.
