BelgraviaPRO seeks a hands-on Head Chef to lead hospitality operations on South Stradbroke Island. You will manage a Café, Bar & Restaurant, develop menus with the Venue Manager, and drive food production, service quality and cost control.

You will shape high-performance teams, deliver memorable guest experiences, and ensure safe, compliant operations while staying within budgeted labour costs. This full time role blends culinary excellence with strategic oversight.
