OpenAI’s Forward Deployed Engineering team partners with customers to turn research breakthroughs into production systems. As a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Sydney, you will lead end-to-end deployments and own the technical design, build, and rollout with customer engineering teams.

You will measure success by production adoption and impact on workflows, collaborating with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM to shape roadmaps. Hybrid work with relocation support.
