This senior role oversees the School, ensures exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and operational excellence with a passion for winter sports and mountain culture.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a agile mountain environment while aligning with resort safety standards and budgeting objectives.
