Capella Sydney, housed in a historic landmark, opened March 2023 and part of Capella Hotels. We are seeking a Passionate Chef de Partie to join our Luxury culinary team, contributing to Brasserie 1930's elevated dining experience led by Chef de Cuisine Marco Putzolu.

As a Chef de Partie you will prepare dishes to recipe standards, maintain a clean workstation, mentor juniors, support menu development, and uphold food safety and quality in a rapid-paced, premium hotel environment.
