Sydney Water is seeking a Business Connect Human Resources Service Advisor to join our HR Service Centre. You will resolve a wide range of HR enquiries across policies, payroll, recruitment and employee relations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will support HR processes, navigate HR systems, and contribute to continuous service improvements. The role is based in a hybrid work setting with clear SLA targets and diverse, staff‑facing responsibilities.
