CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an in office maintenance professional in Melbourne to perform general building maintenance, basic carpentry, painting, patching and handyman tasks. You will respond to reactive faults and assist with planned activities, liaising with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely.

The role requires a trade qualification or demonstrable handyman experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
