Alignerr is seeking a Structural Engineer to design AI training tasks grounded in real-world structural engineering challenges. You’ll create, evaluate, and refine tasks spanning pushover analysis, seismic design, FEA modeling, and code compliance, drawing on OpenSees and other tools.

Work is fully remote on an hourly contract basis, with 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling. You bring civil/structural expertise, robust English communication, and a practical design mindset to advance AI
