Megaport is seeking a highly organised People & Culture Project Lead to drive the people side of acquisitions and integration across global teams. You will turn complex projects into actionable plans, working with People & Culture, Legal, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

You will own Day 1 readiness, HR data migration, payroll and advantages coordination, and develop standardised frameworks for future acquisitions, while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder
