Royal Freemasons Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care home. This full time maternity leave fixed-term role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, guiding clinical operations and ensuring high-quality resident care in line with standards. You will mentor staff, oversee care plans, coordinate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team, and drive continuous improvement across all clinical aspects of the home during the #J-18808-Ljbffr
