THE ROLE

- Own a caseload of people injured at work or on the road, and be the person who actually moves their recovery forward
- Spot medical and psychosocial barriers early and build practical, creative strategies to get past them
- Deliver Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations (physical or psychological), ADL Assessments and Vocational Assessments
- Lead job seeking and labour market analysis when a new pathway is the right answer
- Partner with GPs, specialists, allied health, solicitors and employers - focusing on what people can do: "fit for modified duties with..., never just "unfit"
- Work across transport, logistics, manufacturing, construction, government, hospitality, professional services and more. No two days the same.
- Senior Consultants: mentor the team,



set the quality bar and help grow our referrer network
- Are an OT, Physio, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellor or Registered Nurse with full AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC registration
- Have at least 12 months' experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant (NSW workers comp and/or CTP preferred) and know your way around SIRA guidelines
- Write clearly, communicate confidently and build trust fast with workers, employers and doctors
- Are tired of "the way it's always been done" and want to help build something better
- Bring energy, ownership and a team-first attitude
- Hold a current driver's licence, own vehicle, PI insurance and a current National Police Check
- Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Connect easily with culturally and linguistically diverse communities (a second language is a bonus)
