Access Aged Care is seeking an experienced nurse to join our in office team in Traralgon, Victoria. This 0.7 FTE role offers no nights or weekends and focuses on clinical coordination and early intervention within Residential Aged Care Homes.

The successful candidate will use clinical systems and telehealth to connect with GPs and Specialists, coordinate care, and support better resident outcomes. Relevant AHPRA registration and at least two years of post-registration nursing experience are
