The Regal Inn Tenambit is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, on-shift leadership and guest service excellence in the Newcastle region. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive a high-performing team and uphold venue standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will recruit, train and mentor staff, manage rosters, resolve customer feedback and ensure a welcoming, qualified atmosphere that supports the venue’s growth and reputation.
