About Red Tree Finance

Red Tree Finance is an Australian-owned online lender based in Capalaba. We offer secured loans of $2,350 to $5,000 and help everyday Australian's get the finance they need, fairly and responsibly.

The role

We're looking for a Junior Credit Support Officer to join our lending team full-time. You'll support customers through their loan applications from start to finish. You'll talk with customers, check documents and make sure each loan is the right fit. You don't need finance experience because we'll teach you everything.

What you'll do

- Assess applicants' financial circumstances




- Check that ID and supporting documents are complete
- Speak with customers to understand their situation
- Meet audit and compliance requirements
- Build good relationships with customers and the team

What we're looking for

- Clear, friendly communication, by phone and in writing
- Confident with computers and learning new systems
- Honest, reliable and keen to grow
- A team player
- Customer service and admin experience is a bonus, not a must
