About the role

Our client is looking for a Property & Commercial Lawyer with 2-3 years PAE to join their Melbourne CBD team. The role will offer a varied mix of general property and commercial matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and build strong, practical experience across both areas.

Your role will include handling a wide range of matters, for example:

- Property acquisitions and sales
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- General property transactions and related advice
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
- General commercial and business advice
- Liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders

Skills and experience we'd love:

- Approximately 2-3 years PAE




- Experience in property and/or general commercial law
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail
- Ability to manage matters and competing priorities
- A practical, client-focused approach
