NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking an exceptional executive to undertake the newly created Chief of Staff role in Sydney. You will work in close partnership with the Secretary, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight and coordination across the Department to translate priorities into action and support high-level decision-making.

The role requires complex issue management, decisive advice, and solid stakeholder engagement to enable delivery of government priorities.
