Team Global Express is seeking a Maintenance Administration Officer at our Larapinta, Brisbane workshop. This full time role supports vehicle maintenance operations, ensuring accurate admin, work orders and records are processed on time.

You will handle phone inquiries, log labour hours, coordinate third-party maintenance, manage maintenance systems, and produce routine reports while upholding safety standards. A keen eye for detail and teamwork are essential.
