Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced neonatal clinician to provide clinical leadership across the Neonatal ODN. The role focuses on high-quality, protected, equitable, and family-centred care, working with provider organisations, commissioners, and stakeholders to drive service improvement and implement national standards.

You will lead clinical pathways, guidelines, and governance initiatives, promote quality improvement, and champion equity of access.
