Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a Talent and Workforce Officer in Brisbane to support end-to-end recruitment. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks, ensuring candidates feel informed, welcomed and supported throughout the hiring journey.

Working within a cooperative Talent Acquisition team, you will manage candidate communications, offers and documentation, and contribute to improvements in processes and reporting while maintaining workforce planning
