About you Tosucceed in the role, you will have: Demonstratedexperience leading a specialised service delivery team orsimilar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centredorganisation Demonstratedhigh level of relevant in-depth technical expertise developedthrough extensive work experience in the legal technologyfield, across a range of disciplines; knowledge of legalprocess, business support, compliance, knowledge management,eDiscovery and digital forensic technology, infrastructure andsecurity and handling and security of electronic and physicalevidence and related policy and procedure Adetailed understanding of external factors, includingdevelopments in technology, industry approaches, courtpractice, caselaw, legal process and the current approaches oflocal and international regulators within our operatingenvironment Excellentstakeholder management skills, ability to communicate withinfluence and shape direction to meet branch and agencyobjectives Demonstratedsuccess in enterprise influence, senior external representationand negotiation and shaping agency-wide strategy and corporateoutcomes.
