Three Mills Bakery is seeking a Site Lead to oversee Canberra bakery cafés, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. The role includes opening the shop, guiding staff, handling till operations and maintaining a spotless, welcoming setting.

We value leaders who can balance daily operations with customer-centric improvements and team development. Travel within Canberra sites may be required, with daytime shifts and weekend coverage as a minimum.
