BlueFit is seeking a Swim School Manager for the Sandringham site in Melbourne. You will own the Learn to Swim program, lead a team of instructors, and ensure exceptional safety and service quality within a welcoming community facility.

You will report to regional leadership and collaborate with site teams to foster growth, retention, and a fun, inclusive aquatic workplace for members and families.
