About the Position

Currently, an opportunity exists for an experienced Building Administrator to join the team, managing a portfolio of clients, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring a smooth and timely process.

- Following up brokers and developers
- Checking of documentation and variations
- Working with internal drafting and estimating teams
- Providing exceptional customer service




- Reporting back to the Operations Manager

Skills and Experience

- 1 year minimum experience in a similar role
- Volume builder industry experience preferred
- Experience in property or construction related field preferred
- A passion for providing an amazing customer experience
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast paced environment
