Aston Advantage is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our growing Australian recruitment business. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, motivated, and eager to learn. Whether you have a background in marketing, content creation, social media, graphic design, or video editing, we’re more interested in your attitude, initiative, and ability to learn quickly than years of experience.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and leadership team to help grow the Aston brand, attract candidates and clients, and create engaging content across multiple digital channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook,



Instagram, and other platformsDesigning graphics, marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materialsEditing short-form videos for recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and social mediaAssisting with candidate attraction and client marketing campaignsUpdating website content and job advertisementsMaintaining and improving data quality within our ATS and marketing databasesSupporting employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment campaignsMonitoring marketing performance and engagement metricsWorking alongside the Marketing Manager to execute creative marketing strategies
