Mission Australia in Cairns is seeking a Case Manager to join the Street to Home Immediate Housing Response team, helping people experiencing homelessness access protected, stable housing and tailored supports.

Based in Cairns, you’ll collaborate with clients and partners to navigate housing systems, with a focus on person-centered and trauma-informed practice. A relevant degree and current driver’s license are required.
