The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, part of Marriott International, invite applications for a Banquets Chef de Partie. You will lead a kitchen section, maintain exceptional food quality and presentation, and mentor junior team members to deliver memorable events.

You will work in a busy luxury hotel, ensure HACCP compliance, control costs, and collaborate with fellow F&B; outlets to maximise guest satisfaction.
