Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as Clinical Coordinator - Admissions & Assessments. You will review residents' clinical needs, translate information into clear assessments and care documentation, and support colleagues from day one.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Toowoomba. You will guide documentation, AN-ACC processes and referrals, shaping a safe start for residents with hands-on clinical work and a supportive team workplace.
