Catholic Healthcare's Holy Cross Kincumber on the Central Coast NSW seeks an experienced Home Manager to lead a brand-current 102-bed residential aged care home. You will oversee operations, financial sustainability, and clinical governance, building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional resident and family experiences.

The role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and includes governance, occupancy, compliance and community relations.
