TheRole

AsCentreManager,youwillhaveoverallresponsibilityfortheleadership,day-to-dayoperations,complianceand

performanceofthecentre.

implementationofourculture,systems,standardsandMontessoriphilosophywhilecreatinganenvironmentwhere

educatorsfeelsupported,accountableandmotivatedtodeliverhigh-qualityoutcomesforchildren.

Leadership&TeamCulture;

- Lead,mentorandsupporteducatorsandthecentreleadershipteam.
- Buildapositive,professionalandcollaborativeworkplaceculture.
- Managerecruitment,onboarding,rostering,performancemanagementandprofessionaldevelopment.
- Maintainstrongstaffengagement,accountabilityandcommunication.

Operations&Compliance;

- Overseeeffectiveday-to-dayoperationofthecentre.
- MaintainhighstandardsofcompliancewiththeEducationandCareServicesNationalLawandRegulations,National
- QualityFramework,NationalQualityStandardandChildSafeStandards.
- Ensurepolicies,proceduresandoperationalstandardsareconsistentlyimplemented.
- LeadpreparationforcompliancevisitsandtheAssessmentandRatingprocess.
- ConfidentlyengagewiththeDepartmentofEducationandotherrelevantregulatorybodies.
- Maintainappropriatestaffinglevels,ratiosandeffectiverostermanagement.
