The Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Brisbane branch, for warehouse and counter service duties. This is a dynamic and role and would suit out going person to provide our customers with a positive and reliable experience.

Reporting to the Team Leader your key focus will include:

Servicing customers at the trade counter with providing product information and recommendations

Processing sales through our POS system





Maintaining and housekeeping of the warehouse

Receiving, processing and packing of orders in a timely and accurate manner

Preparing orders for dispatch and shipping

Always have a safety focus and adhere to HSE standards and Quality control procedures

Support and promote HoseCo’s values

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who is:

Solutions focused with a strong work ethic

Able to work closely with others in a team environment, as well as autonomously when required

Willing to adapt to changing business requirements

Physically fit

Our ideal candidate will have;

Previous experience in a customer service role

Industry experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a police check from within the last 12 months, a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening may also be required.
