Sutherland

Autoleague is expanding its footprint into New South Wales, and we're bringing the innovative premium electric vehicle brand ZEEKR along for the ride!

With four ZEEKR locations planned across Sydney, we're kicking things off in Sutherland, where our brand new Service and Pre Delivery operation is scheduled to open in December 2026.

And we're looking for skilled Automotive Technicians to help bring it all to life!

A Day in the Life

You'll be working across our Service and Pre-Delivery operation, carrying out vehicle servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs to ensure every ZEEKR performs and presents to the highest standards.

From preparing brand new vehicles for delivery to diagnosing faults and completing repairs, you'll play an important role in keeping vehicles moving through the workshop efficiently and safely.

You'll work alongside experienced automotive professionals, including our Master Diagnostic Technician, while developing your knowledge of electric vehicle systems and advanced automotive technology.

And with a brand recent operation to establish, you'll be part of the team helping set the standards from day one.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a capable, hands-on Technician who values quality work, enjoys learning and knows the importance of getting things right the first time. To be successful, you'll bring:

Previous experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing vehicles within an automotive workshop.

Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding skills.

The ability to complete servicing,

inspections and repairs efficiently and safely.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.

A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

A current and valid driver's licence.

A recognised automotive trade qualification and relevant NSW Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate is essential.

Previous experience working with electric vehicles will be highly regarded but isn't essential for experienced Technicians who are keen to develop their skills in EV technology.

Current Transport for NSW pink slip (ASCIS) or blue slip (AUVIS) examiner accreditation will be highly regarded.

What's in it for You

Ready for something different? This is your opportunity to combine the automotive skills you've already developed with the technology that's shaping the future of our industry.

You'll receive a generous hourly rate, along with the opportunity to work with a premium electric vehicle brand, broaden your technical experience and be part of a brand new workshop operation.

You'll also have the backing of an established automotive group with ambitious plans across Sydney, giving you an exciting environment to build your career.

On top of that, you'll benefit from paid parental leave, long service and loyalty incentives, novated vehicle leasing options, lifestyle discounts across dining, travel and fitness, and free professional counselling through our Employee Assistance Program.
