Redcape Hospitality is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager for Argenton Hotel in Lake Macquarie. You will own the gaming department from day one, lead a dedicated team, and collaborate with area managers to drive trade and growth.

This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, robust support from a gaming leadership group, and a pathway as the Newcastle chapter expands with planned 2027 renovations.
