McGregor & McGregor in Adamstown, NSW, is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide structured administrative support within the Financial Planning division. You will help manage documentation, client communications and scheduling, acting as the organisational backbone of the team.

Working with a Financial Planner, you will ensure compliant processes, maintain client records in XPLAN, and seek ways to improve service delivery while delivering a high-quality client experience.
