St Augustine's College, Augustine Heights, part of Brisbane Catholic Education, seeks a passionate Support Teacher: Inclusive Education (Primary) for a 12-month fixed-term role, four days per week.

You will collaborate with the inclusive education team to support students with disabilities, develop personalised learning plans, and work with staff, families and the broader community to foster a nurturing and equitable learning setting.
