Mining People International is seeking a Process Supervisor to lead a frontline crew at a new underground gold plant in New Zealand. You will own shift execution and drive performance across the processing circuit, with responsibility for secure, efficient operations and reliable production.

You will bring metalliferous processing expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor teams while aligning with NZ health, safety and environmental standards.
