About Syncro

Syncro is a Sydney-based AI automation agency helping small and medium-sized businesses eliminate the manual admin that eats into their week. We build workflow automations for real estate agencies, accounting firms, dental clinics, law firms, and other SMEs — things like automated appointment reminders, invoice chasing, client onboarding, review management, and AI-powered lead follow-up. Our installs are priced between $1,250 and $5,000 with monthly management fees of $400 to $950. We're growing fast and looking for driven salespeople to help us close more deals.

What you'll earn

- Commission per closed installation
$300 – $500
- Close 4 deals per month
$1,200 – $2,000
- Close 8 deals per month
$2,400 – $4,000
- No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you make. Commission is paid within 7 days of client payment clearing.

What you'll be doing

- Reaching out to SME business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Syncro's automation services
- Booking discovery calls and Zoom meetings with qualified prospects
- Presenting Syncro's service packages using scripts and materials we provide
- Handling objections and following up with warm leads until they convert
- Logging all activity in our CRM and tracking pipeline progress
- Targeting industries like real estate, accounting, dental, legal, and trades

What we’re looking for

- Someone confident having conversations — on the phone, via email, or on Zoom




- Self-motivated and able to work independently without being micromanaged
- Able to understand business pain points and communicate value clearly
- Prior sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is a strong plus
- Tech knowledge is NOT required — we’ll train you on everything you need to know
- Must be based in Australia
